The lesson plans included on this site are meant to be used in conjunction with the screening of my films. The lessons are intended for educators in an effort to inspire students to action where environmental issues are concerned. Nature is relevant to everyone. Teachers and students can participate in these action oriented learning activities and projects that will allow kids to be motivated to environmental stewardship, to making lifestyle changes that will help preserve our world and to develop leadership goals as champions of our planet. Each lesson plan includes a targeted audience (although many can be adapted to a variety of age groups), an objective, background, activities and reflection questions. My hope is to engender an awareness, education and passion that will result in youth making better choices and taking positive action to preserving habitats, species and nature for the future.
